Miriam
Snowboard Instructor; PR
What's your story?
I was born 1984 in Germany. Beside Snowboarding I´m working as a PR-Assistant and study communications science in Salzburg, Austria. In 2006 I was one of the girls who participated in the Girlie Camp in Mayrhofen. There I decided to become a snowboard instructor myself, always keeping the dream to teach girls myself.
I´m very proud to be a member of Girlie staff. Working as an instructor for GirlieCamps just gives me the possibility to share my love and motivation for this sport with other girls.
I also help GirlieCamps out with all German-language affairs. So, if you don´t wanna practice your English, you´re just too lazy to translate or you just feel more comfortable in writing German, you can send any questions or requests to my mail: miriam@girlieltd.com
What does your sport mean to you?
4 Words: It is my life.
What's your best memory from your sport?
I don´t really have a best memory. Every day on the slopes is great. You just have to make the best out of every situation. Even if it´s windy and foggy - there you just go on a beer with your friends ;-)
But I will always remember all the Girlie Camps I went to. It´s just so special, such a good atmosphere, you meet so many nice people, it´s just FUN!
What do you think about GirlieCamps?
I think Girlie Camps is a great opportunity for girls to improve their riding skills AND meet friends for life! You just have to be on a camp to get infected with the Girlie Camp Feeling! You´ll be so stocked afterwards and you definitely won´t regret it!
What do you wanna say to all the Girlies out there?
Get your stuff packed! Meet you on the slopes!
