Payment policy
Please be aware that payment should be done within two weeks of your sent registration form. Without a registered
payment, you have no booking. You will recieve a confirmaiton of your booking once we have recieved your payment. If
your payment has not been registered two months ahead of the camps starting date, your booking will be anulled. Exceptions
from this must be confirmed in writing from us.
Refund Policy
Girlie Camps offers a full refund, less an administration fee of 30 euros, if cancellation is made no
later than 31 days prior to the camp. If cancellation is made 30 days prior to camp and up to one week
before the camp starts a refund of 50 % is offered. Cancellation the week before the camp entitles to
a refund of 25 %.
